All Section 90 items are processed with care to ensure quality and accuracy before shipping. Please review the following details regarding processing and shipping times, carriers, and responsibilities.
Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before shipment.

Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, new collection launches, or holidays.
Shipping Time

Once processed, shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note: The shipping method you choose (Standard, Priority, Express, etc.) does not include processing time. For example, Express Shipping still requires 2–3 days for processing before shipment.
Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delays

Section 90 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

We do not refund shipping costs due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders

International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Section 90 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped (if inventory is still available).
